New Header!

Hey everybody, I got a new header! Made by my friend juzumaru630  cause she's awesome like that :)
It combines two of my favorite things, Dune and Dean!
Makes me want to write a Dune/Supernatural crossover. *ponders*
I'm excited! It only took me an hour to figure out how to put it up. *laughs at self*

If you haven't read Dune the picture probably won't make much sense. So go read it, now! It's my favorite book, ever.

In other news I wrote 1,000 words today, and donated blood for the first time yesterday, so I feel pretty good. I got a free t-shirt too, which is great cause, who doesn't love free t-shirts?

Also, Monday was a snow day. Which happens in NC like never, so cool!

*runs off to ponder Dune/Supernatural fic*

I love your new header and the colors are really nice on the eye. I wish I knew how to customize my lj. People have made me beautiful banners but I don't know code and its very confusing and time-consuming for me to keep trying to follow the directions.

Anyway, looks like you had a day of win. You go girl!

Okay So after posting something about Dune on a totally different post, and THEN seeing this post I want to encourage you to write a Dune/Supernatural fic I would be very excited to read it. Seeing as I have only ever read one, EVER, So again, yes, please write that fic. And while I have never read the Dune books ( because I am a procrastinator who procrastinates)I have seen the Dune mini-series and the Children Of Dune mini-series, which made me WANT to read the books. But I digress ( and ramble) I would so love to read a Dune/Supernatural fic and am hoping your muse works in your favor and you can write it.

My muse is all for it, but it has to go on the back burner because I signed up for the spn_j2_bigbang and they don't accept crossovers. *sad face*
So I think it will come into being at some point, just not right away.
And go read the book! Because the book surpasses all incarnations of this story on film. Really. You won't be disappointed. Not that I'm telling you what to do or anything...

You're looking forward to reading my big bang? I'm flattered. I'm looking forward to some plot inspiration, cause so far all I have is bad ideas. There's still plenty of time though, so i'm not worried. Yet.

Yeah, there is a au_bigbang to. I know preety much my whole flist has signed up for spn_j2_bigbang, and some are doing more than one bigbang fic, thats how I heard about sncross_bigbang and au_bigbang. And yes, I am looking forward to reading your bigbang, your spn fic was awesome! so I am looking forward to it. Dang! why couldn't you have been in SC instead of NC. But no worries I am going to check to see if the library has it some time this week.

I'll check out your plot bunnies and see if any hit me. Maybe I'll write the Dune/SPN fic for the crossover big bang next year.
Lol, yeah, I'm in NC. But the library should have, it's pretty much a classic.
